The Azenhas do Mar is a coastal village in the municipality of Sintra, Colares parish. It lies in a valley, where the houses are built on the southern slope, developing along a river / water line that runs into the Atlantic, in which there were mills (hence the name) and is based on a beach in which there is an ocean pool.
