São Roque Beach

The São Roque Beach, also known as Igreja or Poço Velho Beach, is located on the southern coast of the wonderful São Miguel Island, on the astonishing Azores Archipelago. 
The Beach is characterized by its natural beauty, with the typical dark sand of this volcanic island, and quite close to the lovely town of Ponta Delgada. 
The ocean is relatively calm and quite pleasant, surrounded by rocky basset that provide a wonderful natural beauty.
