Insua beach has a very extensive beach with approximately 1.2 Km 
The best area for trips to the baths is located in the south, along the dunes. To the north, along the boundaries of the National Forest Gelfa runs Ribeira da Insua or Gatenha. 
The beach is regularly frequented by water sportsmen and those who venture on a journey farther than Camping Gelfa.
