The Foz do Arelho beach, next to the amazing Óbidos Lagoon, is a place where nature has offered us its wonderful therapeutic qualities and an extensive sandy area, an election place for surfers, whilst the calm and relaxing waters of the lagoon are a delight for the children. In the small wharf it is possible to buy all the species variety that the lagoon has to offer, with a large diversity of shellfish. In this beach can be found pleasant esplanades, bars and restaurants, when one can taste the flavours of the ocean and of the lagoon, with special regional dishes.
