Hollow saclike seaweed; thallus bladder-like; crisp; irregularly expanded with a smooth or even convoluted surface that multiplies as the seaweed grows; 20-30 cm diameter, 10 cm high; golden brown color; covered with fine hairs with no color; more green then the C. peregrina but the true differences between this two species is only observed during the reproductive sori; |
