Description:

The species Bryopsis plumosa is included in the group of green algae and may reach about up to 15 cm in height. When it is immersed, this alga is fully upright, remaining erect. Their short branches rise from a central filament  tuboloso-filamentous. They are arranged in coenocytic organization and will gradually decreasing size from the base of the plant. From the branches arise delicate and smooth tufts, resembling bird featheres, called "plumosa". Its tone ranges from light green and dark green.
