This specie possess a flat thallus , membranous, with short stipe and single fronds are linear to broad-lanceolate, undivided or irregularly dividing from the base, narrowing towards the base as well as the tipe. Sometimes it proliferate on the margins and the surface. It consistency is like gelatinous-slippery but firm. Discoid holdfast. It colors varies from violet to crimson-red and often greenish at the topof the thallus. |
