Specimen originally identified as Cystoseira granulata Ag.. Was later identified as Cystoseira hoppei Ag. β aurantia Kg.. Your identification has been reviewed by R. Lami for Cystoseira barbata (Good & Woodward.) Agardh var. hopii. However, their correct identification, performed by Leonel Pereira, is Cystoseira usneoides (Linnaeus) M. Roberts, according publication of Roberts, M. (1968). Taxonomic and nomenclatural notes on the genus Cystoseira C. Ag.Journal of the Linnean Society of London, Botany 60: 251-264, 5 plates. Specimen has the No. 77 on the original sheet of herbarium. This specimen is found in "Folder 18".
