Description:

Marine species up to 4 metres long, with yellowish-brown coloration. It’s fixed to the substrate by a large rough disc (papillae on surface) and adhesive (haptera in its base). From this disc parts a long flat stipe, which has rippled appearance at the base and then spread, forming a long, flat sheet, with leathery consistency. Finally, it is divided into a number of strip-shaped sections.
