Description: Undaria Pinnatifida is species of kelp which is native to the Pacific Northwest region on usually colder coasts. However it is an uprising invasive species and can now be found in alot of other countries with temperate coastal areas. It is one of the many edible seaweed with a distinctive Strong flavour and has been for many and many years used as a food source.
