Notes: Daniela Silva e Élia Fogeiro. Santa Eulália del Rio, Ibiza, Spain. Santa Eulália del Rio is a coastal town on the south eastern seaboard of Ibiza. It has a beautiful, palm-lined promenade along the large and sandy beach. Wind conditions and shallow waters make it very safe for bathing and sailing.
Description:

Soft and small (3 to 10 cm). Gelatinous texture. Short and abundant branched fronds. Branches are coarsely segmented and have a straitened shape. Segments are long and wide and are filled with watery mucilage. Color can vary from pinkish red to yellowish or greenish.
