Slightly translucent and red algae, measuring approximately 22 cm. It has cartilagineous texture and is somewhat brittle and fragile. Its compressed stem widens into a blade that can be about 1 mm thick and about 1 cm wide where the division occurs. It branches into pultiple fronds that comprise most of its lenght. |
